PersonalOS Terms of Service
Effective September 19, 2026
Using PersonalOS
PersonalOS is a personal dashboard and agent service. You may use it only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for the information, connected accounts, instructions, and actions you authorize through the service.
Connected services and MCP
Connected services remain governed by their own terms. PersonalOS may limit, suspend, or remove a connection that is unavailable, unsafe, or violates these terms. The hosted MCP connector requires an account-scoped token. Keep that token confidential, revoke it if it is exposed, and use a read-scoped token unless a supported action requires more access. A token does not bypass PersonalOS action-level approval requirements.
Service limits
PersonalOS is provided as available and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Outputs from agents, connected services, and models can be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on PersonalOS for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, or for decisions where an error could cause harm.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access another person’s account or data, circumvent security or approval controls, or use PersonalOS to violate law or the rights of others.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, PersonalOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. We may update these terms as the service changes; the effective date above identifies the current version.
