PersonalOS Privacy Policy
Effective September 19, 2026
Information PersonalOS processes
PersonalOS processes the account information, settings, content, and connected-service data needed to provide its dashboard, agents, workflows, and MCP connector. This can include information you enter, agent and workflow configuration, and results returned by services you choose to connect.
Connected services and models
PersonalOS accesses a connected service only after you connect it or configure it within PersonalOS. It sends the minimum request needed to that service or a configured model provider to perform the requested feature. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. PersonalOS does not use its MCP connector to start provider authorization flows.
Use and sharing
PersonalOS uses information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. It does not sell personal information. PersonalOS does not share your connected-service content with other PersonalOS users. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.
Retention and control
PersonalOS retains information while it is needed to provide the service, maintain security, or meet legal obligations. You can disconnect a provider in PersonalOS. To request access to or deletion of your PersonalOS data, contact athan_tsokolas@yahoo.com.
Security
PersonalOS uses access controls intended to keep account data separated and does not expose provider credentials through the MCP connector. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to athan_tsokolas@yahoo.com.
